Contract & Payment
On agreement we sign a sales contract; payment by 100% irrevocable confirmed sight LC or agreed TT.
Sourcing / Production
We source or produce, keep you updated, and prepare goods to the agreed specification.
Inspection & QC
Goods are quality-checked; you may appoint an independent inspector (SGS / BV / Intertek) pre-shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship, release documents against the LC and deliver to your port — handling all export paperwork.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product — typically one 20ft or 40ft container for commodities, or an agreed case quantity for packaged goods. Tell us your requirement and we’ll confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our standard term is a 100% irrevocable confirmed sight Letter of Credit from a top prime bank. We may agree TT terms for established, repeat buyers.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. We welcome independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at your cost before the goods are shipped.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
We quote FOB, CIF and CFR from the relevant source port and can arrange full logistics and delivery on your behalf.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on product and destination. We confirm exact timings on the Proforma Invoice and keep you updated throughout.
